1. Organizer

2. Purpose of the Competition
​The competition is organized as part of a satisfaction survey. The results of the survey will be used to improve the services of Mobile Locker NV.

3. Participant Conditions

• Participants must be at least 16 years old.
• Each participant may only enter the survey once. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will be excluded.
• The survey must be completed within the indicated period. Submissions outside this period will not be accepted.
• Mobile Locker NV reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with these conditions, act fraudulently, or disrupt the survey.
• Employees of Mobile Locker NV and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

4. Description of the Prize
1 free locker with a maximum value of €50. The winner will receive a free locker at a location of their choice (max. €50 per locker). The locker can be used until December 31, 2025. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for money, and non-customizable. Instructions on how to activate their free locker will be provided in the message they receive after being notified of their win.

5. Participation Procedure
Participation in the competition is possible by:

• Fully completing the satisfaction survey.
• Submitting the survey before the end of the competition.
• There is a limit of one entry per email address.

6. Competition Duration
The competition runs from June 4, 2025, to June 30, 2025. Surveys submitted after the end date will not be considered.

7. Selection and Announcement of the Winner

• The winner of the competition will be randomly selected through a drawing. This drawing will take place on July 4, 2025.
• The drawing will be conducted using the online tool Wheel of Names (https://wheelofnames.com),  which will randomly select 1 name or email address from all valid participants.
• Only participants who have fully completed the survey and meet the participation requirements as outlined in these rules will be included in the drawing.
• Mobile Locker NV guarantees a fair and transparent drawing process. A screenshot or other proof of the drawing will be documented internally and shared with the winner upon request.
• The drawing is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
• The winner will be personally notified via the email address provided by the participant within 14 days of the drawing.

8. Use of Personal Data (GDPR)

• By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the use of their personal data for the purpose of the competition.
  Personal data will only be used for:
• • Processing the survey.
  • Informing the winner.
  • Analyzing the results of the survey (anonymized).
• Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted no later than 90 days after the end of the competition, unless the participant has explicitly consented to further use.
• Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, as described in Mobile Locker NV's privacy statement. For privacy-related questions, you can contact info@mobilelocker.eu.

9. Exclusion of Liability

• Mobile Locker NV cannot be held liable for technical failures, loss of data, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may disrupt the competition.
• Mobile Locker NV reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if unforeseen circumstances require it.

10. Acceptance of the Rules
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions in these rules.

11. Applicable Law
These competition rules are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Antwerp.
